It's a Miracle or Is it .?

Don’t wait for miracles Make them happen

' If it’s meant to be it will be '- a widely spread clichéd proverb.Things can’t happen just by themselves. You do them. Let me shed some light on it with a small story.

One fine day in the midst of chaos of the city one tall handsome man was walking his way back to home from work. That day he got a salary hike and a dear friend came to town for visiting him. He was so happy. Everything was going the way he wanted . While walking down the road he came across a shop having some antiques from a well known museum and paintings by renowned artists. He thought it would be a nice present as his friend was fond of such antiques. So he walked in the store where a beautiful lady greeted him .He asked for the most costliest item present in the store . The lady directed him to a antique vintage painting. His friend was a phenomenal painter, so he walked with her to see the price It was worth 200 pounds. At once he asked the lady to pack it as a gift item.
He took a cab to a café where he was going to meet his friend, Overexcited with the thought of seeing him after so many years. He reached the café in about 30 minutes. He saw his friend from a distance,
waiting for him , too much engrossed in himself . In their early days It was a usual place to hangout. They met and hugged each other with another clichéd phrase ‘Hey Buddy I missed You’. Before uttering another sentence he gifted the painting to his friend. Let’s call the hero of story as X and his friend as Y (Sorry but Being an Engineering student X and Y are my best companions). Y was not surprised with the cost of the gift because X used to be a extravagant type of person from the time they first met. They started discussing about their life and careers. X had a consistently exponentially varying kind of career while Y had just the reverse and was worried about his future. Since Y had seen extremely bad times in his life living in poverty he was used to his dooming life and he had already left everything on his beloved God and started living life in solitude making social contacts almost close to -1 (even running away from the people who approach him that’s why it’s 0-1 ) .Except X he was different ,a close friend .X gave him a hope to fight his weaknesses ,to give a fresh start ,suggested him ‘Maybe you should quit your job and do what you love’ with a very enigmatic phrase ‘Don’t wait for miracles, Do It and say It happened because it was intended to happen’.

7 Years passed , The situation was same X walking his way back to home, got a double salary hike, extremely happy as Y was visiting his town ,saw the same antique shop , stopped by to buy a present, greeted by the same lady , asked the costliest item in the shop ,lady directed him to a magnificent painting But Now this time instead of reading the price his eyes caught the name of painter engraved as ‘Y’.

It wasn’t luck or a miracle. It happened because the hero (who isn’t X now) wanted it to be that way. He had a choice and he made it. If you get something ,you don’t deserve it’s not because it was your destiny ,It’s a mere coincidence. There can be countless arguments denying this fact because miracles do happen. But with the probability 1/1000000 Remaining 999999 people make it to destiny by themselves even if it appears to you like a miracle. That’s the harsh reality but true. Stars are with you only when you pour your heart completely for something you love. You can not quit even if you are tired It’s you who started it So It won’t be nature God or anyone else to finish it off. You can’t just hold back and wait for a miracle. Either you are going to do it by yourself or it isn’t happening. But yes you can say it otherwise ‘It happened because it was intended to happen’.

So next time you leave it to God do believe that it’s the last thing on your mind because if not ,you would never ever had given up on it.
Believe in your stars but just Don’t wait for miracles Make them happen Life is too short to wait for anything .
